Useful sort on the Flat for the same trainer he showed improved form to get off the mark after a break on handicap debut at Pontefract in June over 1m4f. Not seen again until now his Flat form would be good enough to take this if he takes to hurdles.

The two ex-French protagonists Etoo Sport and Sommervieu are unknown quantities and both should be watched in the market. Crucial Moment looks to have taken well to hurdles but his penalty may be the difference here and he been held under it the last twice and SPECIAL RELATION if he reproduces his Flat form could well make a winning debut here with the cheekpieces going on for the first time.
