Back on the mark from which he won at Wetherby (2m3½f, good to soft) in January and would have blown off a few cobwebs when not jumping fluently on return to action at Carlisle last month. Act on heavy and claims if back on song today.
Has enjoyed a good summer/autumn, winning two each on the Flat and over hurdles, including by 13L at Kelso (3m2f, good) last time. Handles any ground and although trip looks bare minimum and up 10lb, he is not easy to rule out.
Has a tremendous record on heavy ground and struck first time back after a break at Hexham (2m) last time, by 21L. 9lb rise means he probably needs another career-best to follow-up, while longer trip also a concern.
Won a Grade 2 here (1m7½f, heavy) as a novice in January 2016, but after a promising start over fences last year he lost his way. Well held all three starts since a summer break, but on a very handy mark if he retains any spark. Has that to prove.
Sole win came on heavy ground in February, but has not yet been able to cope with the handicapper's assessment of his abilities. Better effort at Leicester last time, but back up 2lb and percentage call is to take him on.
Kept very busy by Willie Mullins this year and won both a Downpatrick bumper and a 1m6f maiden at Gowran Park (heavy). Couldn't win over hurdles for him, but is not badly treated on his best efforts on handicap/stable debut.
Best form (and sole win) has been with plenty of cut in the ground. Was off the track for two years before two recent runs at Wetherby and Hexham, neither of which offered much encouragement going into a test like this.

Not a bad way to conclude proceedings and ONE FOR HARRY is the suggestion now back on this mark, though it is accepted that he will need to brush up his hurdling. Tawseef and Clan Legend are both in good form and very much respected, while Its'afreebee has dropped to a very handy mark based on his best efforts, though has been under a cloud of late. Money for him may well be significant. Former Willie Mullins inmate Iolani is not ruled out on his handicap introduction.
