Good record in this grade over hurdles, and this trip and ground were ideal in that sphere. Yard do okay here (4-29 last five seasons) and breeding suggests this one could do better for fences. Chances if jumping fluently on debut here.
Capable of decent form over hurdles and possible that the handicapper has had him in his grip for a while, but on a very fair mark here. Slight question that this trip on this ground may not be enough of a test, but not discounted on chase debut.
Useful over hurdles and this trip and ground will be fine, but hasn't jumped with any great fluency in his chase starts to date and needs to sort that out before he can be considered a likely winner in events like this.
Rattled off a four-timer on decent ground this summer and unsurprisingly after such a run, the handicapper now appears to have caught up with him. Still running with credit, however, and chase experience here a good thing. May go well again.
Looked useful over hurdles and won two maiden/novice events with something in hand. Highly tried after that, bt never in it on chase debut at Sedgefield earlier in the month. This trip an unknown too, and on balance, others preferred.
Second start for new yard, did win a Cork handicap hurdle for previous trainer but that was over 3m (and didn't lead until very late on) so this trip plenty short enough. Some promise to be taken from Hexham run last time but needs more here.

Easy winner of a handicap hurdle in the summer and put in a very solid first effort over fences when almost making all over C&D earlier in the month. Same conditions here, so she can't be allowed too much rope up front or she'll be hard to catch.

RUNNING IN HEELS put in a good round of jumping on her chase debut here and with no weight on her back, she can put that experience to good use here. She's taken to make all at the expense of Welsh raider Nathan's Pride, who has a bit of class about him but first time over fences with such a weight burden may just prove too much. Affaire D'Honneur comes from an in-form yard and may be best of the rest.
