Broke his maiden when winning over 2m1f at Exeter (good-to-soft) last month and ran a decent race under a penalty at Bangor (good) subsequently. Races off a mark 12lb higher than for his sole victory and remains open to improvement.
Five time winner most recently over 3m2f at Warwick (heavy) in February. Disappointing since however and best form has come over further.
Point-to-point winner though yet to win in five outings under rules. This looks less competitive than the Cheltenham race he contested on handicap debut last time out and he remains open to improvement.
Dual winner on the Flat and placed twice from six starts over hurdles. Winner at Chester (soft) since his last jumps outing and is one to note in this contest.
Twice a winner over hurdles most recently over an extended 1m7f at Southwell (good) in May last year. Races off a 4lb lower mark today and is fit following a number of runs on the Flat this year.
Five time winner over hurdles and ran well to finish 2L second on heavy ground in a selling handicap at Newton Abbot early last month. Races off a 3lb higher mark today and has won off much higher marks in the past.

Cave Top (7/4), One Forty Seven (2/1), Al Destoor (7/2), Dulce Panem (8/1), Kiwayu (10/1), Lightentertainment (12/1), Catching On (12/1), Satellite (14/1), Benissimo (50/1)
CAVE TOP has returned in good form this season and with his latest Bangor run possibly coming too soon after an impressive victory at Exeter he can take this contest under top weight. The selection has run well on heavy ground in the past and can take this at the chief expense of Al Destoor who remains unexposed over hurdles while Lightentertainment is well handicapped on his old form and can finish third.
