Winner on the Flat who made a winning start over hurdles at Cartmel in the summer with the second having been successful since. Has not built on that start since and has to give weight away to the entire field here.
Showed some useful form on the Flat at up to 1m2f and now makes her hurdles debut. Has jumping relations in her pedigree including the useful hurdler All Set To Go and very interesting here.
Maiden on the Flat who started 100/1 on her hurdles debut looking badly in need of the experience and will need to make a big stride forward to make a mark here.
Failed to win on the Flat when with Ralph Beckett at up to 1m6f and although she had her quirks in that sphere she was fairly useful. Showed up well on her hurdles debut at Fakenham and looks capable of better after that experience.
0/13 on the Flat she starts her hurdling career having stayed 1m3f in that sphere. Stable have had a few winners in this sphere but she needs to find more to win this.
Beaten a long way on both her starts this year having shown some ability when with Mark Johnston on the AW. On the face of what she has shown so far she faces a stiff enough task on hurdles debut.
0/7 on the Flat and didn't appear to get home over 1m2f on her last start in that sphere when with Hughie Morrison. Now makes her hurdles debut for a new yard in a first-time hood and may be best watched on her stable debut.
Forecasts
Hillcrest Fire (1/1), Really Super (11/4), Glorvina (7/2), Royal Icon (12/1), Shee's Lucky (33/1), So Hoity Toity (100/1), Penny Red (125/1)
The best form on offer so far over hurdles looks to be the second of Really Super at Fakenham where she travelled well and looked capable of winning over hurdles but she may be usurped here by hurdles debutante HILLCREST FIRE. She had some useful form on the Flat with some useful hurdling relations in her pedigree and she may be able to make a winning debut. Glorvina is the only winner in the field but she may find this tough again with Royal Icon and Shee’s Lucky two others to watch in the market.
- Hillcrest Fire
- Really Super
- Royal Icon
