Winner of a four-year-old hurdle at Nantes (soft) in October last year but well beaten on debut for this yard earlier this month and probably best watched on handicap debut.
Some fair efforts since finishing a head second at Kilbeggan (3m1f, good) over fences in July and running well prior to falling at the last on his most recent hurdles outing last month.
Winner of two of his five starts since switching to rules racing from point-to-points and gained a first handicap win when successful over 3m at Cork (good) in April. Remains open to improvement on his seasonal debut.
Finished runner-up on both starts since joining this stable. Raised 2lb for his latest placing over 3m at Clonmel (soft) earlier this month and likely to run well once more.
Successful for the second time when winning this race (then held over 2m6f) off a 6lb lower mark two years ago. Unraced since but has joined a leading stable and is one for the shortlist in this contest.
Maiden hurdle winner at Limerick (2m3f, soft) in April but disappointed on handicap debut three weeks ago. Worth a check in the market stepping up in trip.
Six time winner in a 32 race rules career so far. Racing over fences in the main of late and pulled up on each of his last two hurdles outings.
Held since winning a novices handicap chase over 2m4f at Naas (yielding-to-soft) in first time cheekpieces a year ago. Cheekpieces return today as he reverts to hurdling having worn blinkers on seasonal debut earlier this month.
Registered his second handicap hurdle victory when winning over 2m4f at Killarney (good) in July. Finished a decent fourth off this 10lb higher mark at Galway (soft-to-heavy) three weeks ago and is an interesting runner upped in trip.
Put a run of pulled up efforts behind him when making a winning debut for this yard in a handicap chase at Ballinrobe (2m7f, soft-to-heavy) in September. Held when falling at the last since and worth a check in the market today.
Placed three times in bumpers but held in all three outings over timber so far. Represents a leading stable today and no surprise if he leaves previous form well behind him with cheekpieces fitted for today's handicap debut.
Gained a deserved first success when winning over 2m6f at Navan (yielding) in September. Finished a close second over 3m at Clonmel (soft) since and is one to note today off a mark 8lb higher than for that Navan success.
12 race maiden and held in competitive handicap hurdles of late. Most recent outing came over 2m4f at Clonmel (soft) earlier this month and more needed if she's to take this.

Trainer Gordon Elliott has his horses in great form at present and his HOLLOW TREE can gain reward for a couple of solid placed efforts this autumn by taking this competitive handicap hurdle. The selection finished runner-up at Clonmel earlier this month and can get the better of Steel Wave, a newcomer to trainer Willie Mullins yard who is sure to be fit for his first outing since taking this contest two years ago. Let's Twist Again finished runner-up last time out and can claim third today.
