Cost €165,000 and bred to get a mile (and a bit further). Encouraging efforts in maidens backed up by a sound debut in a nursery over an extended mile here latest. Sound claims if building on that performance.
Progressing well and looks to have a bright future. Takes on the boys for the first time so the market will be a good gauge towards expectations this time.
Consistent but has a bit to find with La La Land from their recent encounter at this course. Improvement required.
Has ability but something to prove after failing to justify market support at Newcastle latest. Still early days but on a stiff looking mark for her handicap debut for what she's achieved so far.
Ran above market expectations last time and may have a bit more to come after putting a second improved effort latest. Debut at this level but one to monitor in the betting for sure.
Won on handicap debut at Salisbury in August, then not disgraced in finishing fourth in a decent little race at Kempton shortly afterwards. Unlikely to be troubled by this trip and looks one of the more likely contenders.
Cost £42,00 as a two-year-old and been slowing coming to to hand. Best effort to date latest at Brighton but tackles a new trip and surface this time. Worth a betting check.
Already won a couple of similar races and holding his form well. This looks a bit tougher but she's going the right way and could be a force if adapting to the Tapeta surface here.
Only modest progress so far and didn't really shine ion his first outing since being gelded (last time out at Newcastle). Headgear for the first time may help but has a bit to prove just now.
Bits pieces of form that give him sound claims but lacked a turn of foot over 1m2f here latest and needs to up his game on that evidence. The drop in trip might help but not the most convincing profile to asses just now.
Not made much headway from three previous starts and needs to improve dramatically for this switch to nurseries. Others preferred.
Not made much of an impact in any of his five previous starts (2 on the AW) and big improvement required. Visor replaces cheekpieces but is another who is starting to look exposed and others look more progressive.
Forecasts
Compliance (4/1), Far Dawn (5/1), El Borracho (5/1), La La Land (6/1), Handsome Bob (8/1), Jo's Girl (8/1), Voicemail (10/1), Kikini Bamalaam (18/1), Global Wonder (25/1), Calling Rio (25/1), Gembari (40/1), Urban Soul (40/1)
Not much strength in depth to this, which may help LA LA LAND cope with giving weight away to all bar Voicemail , who looks to be the colt's main danger on this occasion. Jo's Girl is another that comes into this on the back of an improve effort and, along with Kikini Bamalaam, is worth considering as an alternative.
