Has only beaten one home in two starts over hurdles. Hard to fancy even with his stable going so well.
Jumped poorly on hurdling debut when tailed off at Fakenham. More to do this time and significant improvement needed.
Moderate point-to-pointer and well beaten in two starts over timber. Looks out of his depth on current form.
Travelled well for a long way at Sedgefield last time and looks the type who can win a race as uncompetitive as this one day. Still remains to be seen if he is physically and mentally strong enough to do so here. The market will be informative.
Soon struggling after an early error last time and finally parted company with his rider at the last. Hard to recommend on that showing.
Only modest form in novice company but it still stands scrutiny in this contest. Ground may have been too soft when below par on last three starts and conditions look more to his liking this time.
Fair middle-distance handicapper on the Flat and makes hurdling debut at a modest enough level. Jockey booking takes the eye and one to watch in pre-race trading.
€33,000 son of Gamut who has shown ability in two bumpers, notably last time when travelling strongly for a long way. Off the track 11 months since though and likely to improve for the run.
Winning point-to-pointer bought for £50,000. Last of five on bumper debut when backed as though capable of better. Makes hurdling debut for the yard which took this in 2015.
Form has turned regressive following a promising bumper debut. Half-brother to Cyclop and entitled to improve for the longer trip here, however he has a lot to find on last months dismal effort.
Raced prominently before finishing well beaten at Warwick in a bumper in January. Makes his hurdles debut here.
Cost £800 as a two-year-old and related to bumper/2m5f chase winner Kolaphos. Stable not renowned for winning debutants and probably best watched.
Purchased for £135,000 after winning a Naas bumper. Early promise has given way to frustration and he has looked woefully one paced so far. Cheekpieces refitted and dropped in trip by trainer who is 4-13 in past fortnight.
Form between the flags was modest and there were few positives to take from his hurdling debut. Easy to back that day and his future may lie in handicaps.
£62,000 purchase and related to several winners including Presenting Arms. Finished ahead of Game On in a Warwick bumper at the turn of the year. Not highly tried on hurdling debut and yard are going well (4-19 past fortnight)

Sir Will (9/4), Earlshill (11/4), The Sweeney (7/2), Indian Hercules (10/1), Game On (11/1), Cloth Cap (12/1), Allez Jacques (16/1), Eurato (20/1), Ted Thistle (20/1), Innisfree Lad (66/1), Tailor Tom (100/1), Chase Me (100/1), Mead Vale (100/1), Arthur's Reuben (100/1), Downloadtheapp (100/1), Katara Bay (100/1)
This is very much a case of quantity rather than quality but it remains a hard race to call. Earlshill and Cloth Cap represent top yards but have only shown modest form. The latter probably has the greater scope and has the benefit of a recent run. Eurato and Indian Hercules are interesting debutants, whilst Ted Thistle would be one to keep a close eye on if supported. THE SWEENEY represents a yard whose horses are running exceptionally well at present. Hailing from a good family and having shown promise on his racecourse debut, there will be few easier opportunities for him to open his account.
