Consistent sort and put in a good effort when finishing 7L second in a first time hood (retained) over an extended 2m2f at Stratford (good-to-soft) last month. Likely to run well once more.

Verdict

CESAR ET ROSALIE has been in good form this year and can register his fourth victory over hurdles in this opening conditional jockeys contest. The selection put in a promising effort when second on handicap debut last time out and can get the better of Capeland who can fill the runner-up berth for the third successive time following a 3lb rise for his latest effort. Paddys Runner was just touched off at Market Rasen last time out and can claim third on this occasion.
  1. Cesar Et Rosalie
  2. Capeland
  3. Paddys Runner
