Those that have already run in bumpers don’t really excite here and this looks as though it will be going the way of a newcomer. WELSBY has a decent pedigree and with Henderson already firing in bumpers this year he looks to be the pick of those having their first run. The Evan Williams yard as yet to have a bumper winner this year but have had some run well in this sphere and Russian Spy is of interest as is the Don McCain trained Henry’s Joy. Net De Treve is another newcomer who could be considered although the Tom George yard aren’t quite there at the moment and had a well-backed bumper newcomer beaten at Southwell earlier in the week.
