Stays well, acts with cut and won over C&D (good to soft) last month when 4lb lower. Different track and trip (Catterick, 2m) did for him from this mark last time, but has proved he can compete from this rating and well worth considering.
Yet to win in 13 attempts on turf, but showed that he handles cut when beaten just 1L at Windsor (1m3½f) last time. Yet to prove he gets this far and pedigree does not offer huge hope, though certainly cannot be ruled out.
Won over this trip at Wolverhampton (AW) last December and is also a proven winner on soft ground. Has now dropped to a very handy mark and a return to form would not surprise.
Acts well with cut in the ground as she showed when 1½L runner-up at Ayr (1m5f, heavy) last month and again over C&D (soft) last time. Same mark today and it would not surprise if she broke her duck.
6lb lower going into this than when beaten less than 3L over C&D in August 2016 (good to soft). Sees out 2m over hurdles on soft, so not devoid of hope, especially as she should strip fitter after a recent pipe opener.
All three of his wins have been on a sound or fast surface, although he does see out 2m on soft ground. Claims if able to reproduce his Catterick effort from two starts ago, but has thrown in two poor runs either side and has a bit to prove.
It is positive that his best performance of the year came here over C&D (soft) in September from today's mark. Didn't get home over 2m last time. Return to this place and on this ground may help, though inconsistent and carries risks.
In the frame just once in nine starts on the Flat, though it did come on soft ground. Stepped up to 2m at Ripon last time and ran well until fading from 3f out, so he may have this trip in him, though still has a fair bit to prove.
Yet to make the frame on turf and heavily beaten on sellers over 1m and 1m2f when there has been cut in the ground on her last two starts. This trip looks likely to stretch her stamina and she is very difficult to recommend here.

Ingleby Hollow (3/1), Eyreborn (7/2), Captain Swift (4/1), Dakota City (5/1), Adrakhan (7/1), Patent (8/1), Unblinking (10/1), Becky The Thatcher (20/1), Rajapur (33/1), Dark Illustrator (100/1)
Another modest contest where Ingleby Hollow could go very well under top weight, while both Captain Swift and Dakota City should be involved. Eyreborn is another who looks short-list material, though the suggestion is UNBLINKING, who suggested last time that this trip is within range and his in-form trainer may have found him a good opportunity.
