This looks a real chance for LOVE CONQUERS to shed her maiden tag. Ralph Beckett's filly has already filled the runner-up spot three times and her effort at Windsor in August gives her strong claims in the opener. Relevant looks most likely to make her work for the win, while the temperamental Archibelle almost sprung a massive C&D shock earlier in the year and has to be respected. Percy Verence has run well on the AW before, though must put some poor recent form behind him to stand any chance.
