Won a Worcester handicap chase back in May and remains competitively handicapped so surprise to see him here. Has experience edge but vastly inferior to all of these over hurdles and gives away weight to all.
Won three hurdle races in a good novice campaign before coming up short in championship races at Cheltenham and Aintree. Not won beyond 2m3½f but should stay and looks the only real danger to Ballyoptic.

This could provide a real pointer to the season ahead with two high class hurdlers making their chase debuts. Of the pair BALLYOPTIC makes more appeal as a Grade One novice hurdle winner who wasn't far off the top of the staying division last season. Keeper Hill had a fine novice season and the switch to chasing suggests this is where his future is expected to lie. He could prove better still over fences. Of the other pair who ought to be outclassed Max Forte is expected to finish ahead of Lined With Silver.
