Red Jazz colt, cost €17,000 as a foal and €8,500 as a yearling. Off the mark in maiden at Roscommon before 3L defeat when tried in the Group 3 Tyros stakes and more needed here.
Impressive in landing a Naas maiden earlier this month before not getting a clear run last time out in the Group 3 Autumn stakes at Newmarket. The yard's juveniles are improving with racing and it would be no surprise to see him step up.
Disappointed on debut when finishing seventh of 13 when not un-fancied at Gowran Park. Needs to improve significantly.
Improved on his debut run when taking a Galway maiden over the extended 1m on soft ground, winning readily and sure to appreciate this step up in trip.
Winner at 20/1 on debut in a Naas 6f maiden on soft ground. Tougher ask here but market likely to reveal expectations.
Not seen since finishing down the field beaten 6¼L here on debut in July. Possible pacemaker in this contest.
Disappointed as an odd-on favourite behind stablemates at Tipperary, which was a fair effort and improved to win, staying on well, last time out in Gowran Park maiden over 1m. Likely to improve again.
Won a novice auction stakes at Beverley in September but has been beaten a total of 19L in her last two starts. Tough ask and others preferred.
Ran on well inside the final furlong to lead close home when winning on debut at Gowran Park but much more needed here.
Forecasts
Flag Of Honour (2/1), Hazapour (3/1), Burgundy Boy (5/1), Saracen Knight (7/1), Cimeara (10/1), Giuseppe Garibaldi (14/1), Nibiru (14/1), Apple Anni (25/1), Sandaryann (66/1)
HAZAPOUR improved on his debut run when taking a Galway maiden over the extended 1m on soft ground, winning readily in the process and can continue his development here. The Aiden O'Brien-trained Saracen Knight won well last time out but will need to step up again and stablemate Flag Of Honour could be best of the rest.
