Lightly-raced since making a good impression in bumpers but showed that he still had some ability over hurdles in a couple of outings. His last run was well below par though and he makes a return from a long absence here.
Looks to be one of the few unexposed and progressive sorts in this and showed his best form so far over a shorter trip here recently. Sure to come on for that run and looks to have a leading chance in this.
Ran up to her best when taking the runner-up slot here on her last start and should remain competitive although she'll need to improve again if she is to win this.
Still doesn't have many miles on the clock and may have some improvement left in him. His bumper and novice hurdle starts didn't show much but he appeared to take a step forward last time on his handicap debut. Keep an eye on him in the market.
A real hit-and-miss type whose form in Ireland wouldn't be good enough to win this. Mark of 92 (9lb higher than in Ireland) sets her a stiff task here.
Better known as a chaser who often travels well in his races before finding little at the end of them. Back over hurdles now and his form in this sphere isn't as good and his temperament looks very suspect; one to be wary of.
Has made very little impact under Rules so far including here last month and can only be watched for now.
Showed some sort of return to form in the autumn when gaining a couple of places at Hexham. Failed to really build on those runs though and ran poorly last time and others are better fancied here.
Has always looked a very difficult sort to win with and he's looked none too genuine in most of his recent runs. Merely looks to be ticking over and hard to place much faith in given his overall record.
Only one recent piece of form to his name that would give him a chance here but has generally proved unreliable and his form is very hit-and-miss.
His strike-rate alone makes him one to leave alone even without taking into account the fact that he's 19lb out of the handicap.

The second division of the 2m6f handicap hurdle and there isn’t much to choose between the two in terms of quality. CHAPEL STILE is the obvious main contender here given how well he ran he last time out and the extra 2f that he goes over here looks sure to suit him. Reivers Lodge is a reliable sort and that can’t be said of many in this and another place may be on the cards for her with the returning Professor Plum worth watching in the market given the recent form of the Rose Dobbin yard. If there is one that is slightly under the radar here and could be a danger to the likely market leader then it would be Ceegem. He’s only had one start in handicaps so far and that appeared to let him show better form and another step forward on his second handicap start isn’t ruled out here.
