Once-raced maiden finished eleventh of 12 at Lingfield (7f, AW) on debut earlier this month, may improve on that effort.
Invincible colt, closely related to Richard Of Yorke and Pacharana and dam was a juvenile winner over this trip and sister to Group 1 winner St Nicholas Abbey. Impressed on Newmarket debut and trainer's tend to improve, looks big player.
Foal by Champs Elysees out of the Listed placed juvenile winner Desert Image. Finished midfield on debut over C&D three weeks ago, no surprise if delivering improved performance now.
A 125,000 gns yearling, Intello colt who is a half-brother to three winners, represents respected connections and worth keeping an eye on in the betting.
Animal Kingdom colt makes some appeal on paper ahead of debut run and market likely to be a solid guide to expectations.
Farhh colt, cost £170,000 as a yearling and half-brother to four winners including Listed winner Danehill Destiny. Not shown a lot in either start so far, makes AW bow.
Exceed And Excel colt is a half-brother to fairly useful 1m1½f winner Desert Dream. Interesting newcomer from a top yard.
Uncompetitive in two starts this month, including 12¼L defeat over C&D on debut, could be capable of more but will need to show it before becoming a betting proposition.
Within: Once-raced maiden finished ninth of 12 in maiden at Newmarket (7f, good to soft) on debut in August. Has work to do tackling the mile now.
Finished in midfield over C&D recently on second start, has to improve to get involved but represents Richard Hannon and could have more to say.
Second Hannon runner, showed very little over 7f at this track on debut 12 days ago, having been sent off a 25/1 outsider. Improvement called for.
Forecasts
Coolongolook (10/11), Desert Path (6/1), King Tut (8/1), Reveleon (8/1), Tullyallen (10/1), King And Empire (12/1), Brexitmeansbrexit (20/1), Blue Candy (33/1), Newborough (50/1), The Emperor Within (66/1), Safarhi (100/1)
COOLONGOLOOK made a more than satisfactory start when third at Newmarket over this mile trip earlier in the month. The pair that finished in front of him appear to have plenty going for them and so, with improvement also expected, the son of Invincible Spirit is tipped to get off the mar now. Desert Path showed some promise on his debut over C&D recently and is taken to build on that while the newcomers King And Empire and Reveleon are also worth bearing in mind.
- Coolongolook
- Desert Path
- King And Empire
