Fourth of five on debut at Ffos Las needs to be improved upon and unlikely that at least one of his rivals that isn't capable of putting that effort into perspective.
Yard monopolised this card last year and won this corresponding race with a similar type. This fellow cost €50,000 and is out of a well-related mare. Highly respected at this level and likely to go on to better things.
Starts in Irish point-to-points only ordinary (fell when out of contention over 3m last time). Others more appealing for a race of this nature.
Highly respected yard and has a likelable pedigree. Cost €52,000, so has obviously caught the imagination as a horse of great potential. One to seriously consider if backed.
Debuted in a hot contest at Newbury but only got going once the race was all but over. He cost £21,000 and is likely a long term prospect, so probably safest to let him do his own thing here.
Won a maiden point-to-point at Bangor and is now with a yard that is very capable of nurturing his talents further. Bred to be effective over a tad further though.
Good effort when second in a Bumper over C&D back in February. Sound claims if able to build on that and put his experience to good use.
Bred to get a little further but connections have gone to the trouble of securing the leading jockey of the times, so has to merit a second look for that reason alone. Gut feeling is that he may need more time though.
Related to winners in this sphere - his dam won a Bumper over 2m over hurdles, so feasible he can find a race at some point. Yard been quiet but had a winner the other day, so may be worth noting for signs of support.
Yard won a division of this race last year, so worth a check in the betting for this repeat bid. The gelding has a good Jumps pedigree, so likely to develop more with age.
Beat just one horse home on debut at WIncanton in March and big amount of improvement required on that evidence, which also suggested a step up in trip might go amiss too.

Paul Nicholls won a division of this last year and again sends out a leading contender in the shape of BUBBLE O'CLOCK, who ticks all the right boxes in terms of pedigree, yard and jockey booking - a big run can be expected. Other to bear in mind include: Dazzling Oscar and Tossapenny, who were both expensive purchases when they came up for sale - the latter especially so at £170,000. Hidden Impact has the benefit of experience and appeals for a place at least.
