Now moves into handicaps and like so many from this yard a better performance looks on the cards in this sphere. Showed promise when running in novice hurdles and ran relatively well on the Flat recently to tune him up.
His Flat form was reasonable and that carried over into novice hurdles where he ran with credit on several occasions. His first start in handicaps in this sphere suggested that a 103 wasn't beyond him.
Came right back to form last time on his first run for this yard showing improved form and winning with plenty in hand. Looks to be well-in here under his penalty and likely to go close again.
Mark of 100 looks harsh enough based on her exploits so far and he went with very little verve last time out in first-time cheekpieces. Others feature far higher up the pecking order in this.
From a yard that are going well of late and are always to be feared with their handicap debutantes. He's not shown that much so far in this sphere but has improved on the Flat and that progress could be put to good use here.
Bounced back to form over hurdles last time from out of nowhere having shown very little of late with his recent Flat form having given no clues to that improved run. Needs to be able to build on that here and that's far from certain.
Her best run came in a Kempton novice hurdle on her third outing in this sphere but she looks to have gone backwards since then. Back from a break last time and now drops to a career low mark of 90 but still of little interest.

Fergal O’Brien looks to have found a nice opening for his Sissinghurst to attempt to follow-up his easy win of last week at Huntingdon and he looks well-in at the weights but he might face a couple of wild card improvers here. One of those would be top weight Manny Owens who is clearly of interest taking in handicap company for the first time but ST ANDREWS is another of similar ilk from the Ian Wiliams yard that is in cracking form and although he’s not shown much in this sphere he has improved on the Flat of late and may be able to carry that over here. Most of the others look to have plenty on at the weights with Chevalgris not certain to back-up his last run although Captain George isn’t totally forgotten with his last run hinting that he could take a hand in this sphere.
