Cost 47,000 gns and is related to several decent types who plied their trade in the USA. Bred to appreciate the trip but showed little on debut, so already has something to prove.
Well-bred half-brother to Funk Soul Brother, a winner at this trip as a youngster. Stable quiet just now but worth a check in the betting.
Fifth of six on debut at Leopardstown needs to be improved upon and disappointing the way he faded near the finish. Likeable type on pedigree and highly respected yard but more required here.
Eye-catching pedigree and related to numerous Group race winners. Interesting recruit to be sent out by the Coolmore team at this time of year and has to merit the utmost respect.
Cost €9,000 and is out of a half-sister to French Group 3 winner Summertime Legacy. Trip should suit but represents a yard that has gone through a lean patch of late.
Cost 35,000 gns as a yearling and is a half-brother to 6f winner The Lillster. Not over faced on debut and interesting to see how he fares against some of these nicely-bred individuals on show. Probably one for the notebook on this occasion.
Cost just €7,500 and made little impact in either of his previous starts at Dundalk. possible the switch to turf will bring about some improvement but still requires a total transformation if he is going to get off the mark this time around.
Related to several decent handicappers, his dam is from the family of Oaks winner Oath. Worth noting for future reference but pedigree falls short in comparison to a couple of the others.
Stamina in his pedigree but this looks a good starting point for the son of Mastercrafsman. yard going great guns and merits a place on the shortlist for a betting check.
Full-brother to a winning miler and a half-brother to Mademoiselle Penny, who won at 1m2f and 1m4f. His dam won over this trip, so possible he could go close to a place in the frame. interesting if supported in the betting.
Disappointed as an odd-on favourite behind stablemates at Tipperary, which was a fair effort but not much of an improvement from his debut at The Curragh in August. Cost €230,000 but no surprise if usurped by the other O'Brien contender again.
Not much to take from two starts so far and already has a lot to prove. may do better over further in due course but makes limited appeal this time.
Cost £25,000 and is half-sister to a handful of winners. yard not firing just now, however, and looks an unlikely type to make the most of her fillies allowance.

Unsurprisingly, Aidan O'Brien holds the key to this with Saracen Knight and GIUSEPPE GARIBALDI making plenty of appeal on pedigree. The latter looks to be a very interesting contender to debut at this time of year and the son of Galileo is possible the better option this time. His stablemate will ensure this is a good test, however, and the likes of Razoul and Rips Dream could be worth following if either manages to shake-up the Ballydoyle contingent when push comes to shove.
