Blinkers now on for the first-time in a bid to recapture his earlier form which saw him win a novice at Chester and take a good third at Goodwood on his nursery debut. Ran poorly making his AW debut last time missing the break again.
Showed her true form on her second start when starting favourite again after disappointing on her debut but given a tough test after that in Listed company. Task not any easier last time (Class 2 at Chester) and hampered there also; will find this easier.
Possible to construct a case for him on his best form which remain a couple of seconds over 5f in summer. But hard to do the same on his latest starts with the Catterick and Nottingham runs being below form; looks regressive.
0/7 so far and now gelded he ran right up to his best last time taking second over 5f and probably deserves some reward for his consistency but he has proved a little expensive to follow. Will handle the ground here and looks sure to go close again.
Failed to beat a rival in three starts in minor company although he does have a useful sprint pedigree and could be expected to do better at some point. Finished last again on his nursery debut over 6f at Redcar and needs help from this headgear.
Cost €47,000 as a two-year-old (breeze-up purchase) and given her pedigree likely to need further than this 5f. Showed ability on debut but ran very green and needs to step-up on that now.
From a yard that isn't usually associated with winning juveniles she gave an odds-on favourite a fright on her debut when a 40/1 chance over C&D. Patently went backwards from that debut on her second run on much softer ground behind Palmer.
Plied her trade in sellers and claimer from early on in her career picking up a Redcar seller on her 5th start over 6f. Has had her attitude questioned on a few occasions but looked more resolute in a nursery last time; will find this tougher.
Now makes her turf debut after a couple of AW starts with her debut showing promise under a considerate ride at Wolverhampton. Failed to make the anticipated promise last time but looks the type who may bounce back from that poor run.

Forecasts
Gift In Time (11/4), Fool For You (7/2), Palmer (7/2), Charnock Richard (13/2), Loulin (10/1), Wirral Girl (11/1), Swiss Chocolate (14/1), Society's Dream (16/1), Paco Escostar (20/1), Sir Walter (100/1)
Both Palmer and Charnock Richard have had enough chances between them and their records stand at a combined 0/15 and that hardly makes them compelling punting material even though they are likely to be amongst the market leaders here. Another of those expected to be near the head of the market is Gift In Time who would have a sound chance if he could reproduce his Chester and Goodwood outings. Fool For You looks as though she has ability but could need further and it may well be worth taking a chance on Wirral Girl and SWISS CHOCOLATE. Both fillies have shown ability and neither have as many question marks against them as some of the others yet and it may be a question of rolling the dice on that pair with less convictions than many of the others here.
- Swiss Chocolate
- Wirral Girl
- Fool For You
