Showed promise in bumpers and novice company over hurdles, but first try in a handicap saw him finish a tailed-off sixth of nine at Bangor. Has been dropped 3lb and the champion jockey takes over, but still looks to have plenty on his plate.
Not seen out since March when he was by no means disgraced on his first venture into handicap company. Runs off 2lb lower and has possibilities if straight enough after his lay-off.
Winner of his only outing in a point-to-point, but has run over hurdles and fences 10 times without success. Returns from a break off a 4lb higher mark than when second at Bangor so not particularly well handicapped.
Well beaten in three novices hurdles, he now tries his luck in a handicap for the first time. Connections will be hoping the fitting of a tongue tie can produce an improved display.
Twice a winner on the Flat, but two third places are his best returns over hurdles. Well held in a Worcester handicap hurdle last time and has quite a bit to find off 2lb lower.
Unplaced in all five starts over hurdles when trained in Ireland and recent efforts on the Flat for current trainer have been ordinary. Plenty to prove.
Won a Leicester handicap on the Flat in June, but most recent efforts in handicap hurdles have not been so fruitful. Handicap mark over timber has fallen and blinkers are fitted for the first time, so not without hope.
Has won six of his 44 starts over hurdles, and the last of them was was over C&D in July, last year. He is 1lb lower and, having shaped respectably at Sedgefield a couple of starts ago, has fair prospects.
Only one win in 18 starts over hurdles, but ran a decent race when second of nine at Hexham last time. Would not need to find much more to be competitive in this ordinary contest.
Ran on past beaten horses when fourth of 10 over C&D last time and tries his luck again at this track off 2lb lower. Not getting any younger and others are preferred.
Unplaced in six hurdles starts for Keith Reveley, he now starts out for a new trainer. Handicap mark has dropped significantly so he is worth considering if there is any money for him after his long absence.

Forecasts
Mash Potato (9/4), Generous Day (4/1), Texas Forever (9/2), Baraboy (17/2), Invictus (12/1), Dizzey Heights (12/1), Teescomponents Max (14/1), Dusky Raider (16/1), Deshan (16/1), Fiddler's Flight (25/1), Quarry Lami (25/1), Jeremy's Jet (40/1)
Not many of these leap off the page. Dizzey Heights produced a slightly improved display over C&D last time and has each-way claims along with Mash Potato, Generous Day and Texas Forever. Bottom weight Teescomponents Max is another with possibilities, but the selection is BARABOY, who is 1lb lower than when winning over C&D last year and has been running respectably of late.
- Baraboy
- Mash Potato
