In with every chance when coming to grief in a Bellewstown hurdle in August. Had previously produced his best effort over fences at Sligo but this is a tougher race. Yet to fully produce his hurdling form over fences and will be a threat if he does.
A Down Royal third over fences in June 2016 is the reason for a 7lb disparity between his chase and hurdle ratings. His hurdle mark has dropped 12lb in the period since and he failed to complete his last two steeplechases. Hard to fancy.
Three years since his last success but has shown a bit more sparkle lately. Made a lot of the running last time before fading to be beaten 24L into third. Shorter trip may help.
Unlucky last time when idling in front and surrendering a 5L lead on the run in. Goes up 2lb for that and unlikely to be far away.
Winner of a Clonmel chase in June 2015 but has not challenged for honours since. Has work to do following a 15 month layoff.
Been knocking on the door lately and finally got the maiden win at Galway (2m2f, soft) just edging in front close home. 4lb rise makes things harder but far from insurmountable and liable to go well again. Refused to race at Sligo in August.
Attracted the attention of the stewards on chase debut in June and well beaten on next two starts over fences. Landed a Clonmel hurdle under a patient ride and went well over hurdles at Navan two weeks ago. Chase mark is a lot stiffer.
Career record of 5-81 with all four of his NH victories coming at Punchestown. Yet to win in 19 starts over fences and recent form is not good enough.
Has looked a difficult ride on occasions and both runs back from a layoff have been woeful. The fitting of blinkers is a plus but he looks hard to trust.
Not sighted at long odds on all seven career starts. Handicapper is cautiously cutting him some slack but there is probably a way to go yet. Too early to write him off and he looks the type to do better over 3m.
Has failed to convince in previous starts over fences and arrives here having been tailed-off on the Flat at Down Royal. Plenty to prove at present.
Showed first glimmer of ability at Wexford (3m1f, good) last time. Can pick up an ordinary race such as this although the trip raises questions this time.
In good form this summer with two point-to-point victories and a success in a minor Tramore contest. Better on good ground.
Winner here over hurdles but recent form over fences has seen him beaten more than 90L in three races. Handicapper has given him a chance but he remains one for the brave.
Tailed-off on her three completed starts over fences. This will be her first run in a handicap but she remains hard to fancy.
Without a win in 14 starts and pulled up last time. Yard 3-6 in last fortnight but still hard to fancy. Entered as third reserve.

There are plenty of question marks against the runners in this. Manuka is better handicapped over fences than hurdles and the reverse is true of Meadow Cross. The former has a top rider booked and looks sure to go close at this lowly level. Meadow Cross may prove better than she has shown so far and Presenting Beara could make his presence felt if going off in front. The reserve Templemichael would be the selection if getting into the race after an unfortunate mishap last time when going well. Fenlons Hill can be difficult to catch right although he has been on his best behaviour lately. CANIWILLYEGIVEME was unlucky to be caught close home last time but this should be run to suit with Presenting Beara likely to give him a good lead into the race
