Wide margin winner of a modest Ayr maiden hurdle (2m5f, heavy) and well beaten on both subsequent starts. Tongue-tie now fitted and market will be a useful guide to present expectations.
Has won here six times including two races in 24 hours in May. Has dropped below her last winning mark but she has struggled previously on ground this soft.
Winner on good ground for this rider at Musselburgh (3m) in March. Has been withdrawn previously when conditions have turned too soft.
Has toiled on four previous starts on heavy ground, most recently when tailed-off at Roscommon 24 days ago. Has now had two outings after a year's absence having promised more in May 2016.
Dam was a triple winning pointer who landed a hunter chase on heavy ground. Makes handicap debut in a low grade affair and with the promise of better to come. Interesting now up in trip.
Third in this 12 months ago off the same mark and handles heavy ground. A career record of 1-30 is unappealing but he holds good claims of making the frame.

Pat's Oscar (8/11), Vertigo (11/4), Gold Chain (3/1), Chilly Miss (10/3), Cruachan (4/1), Buckled (5/1), Munstead Pride (5/1), Ceegem (14/1), Georgie Lad (16/1)
Gordon Elliott has declared yesterday's winner PAT'S OSCAR and Munstead Pride. The champion jockey has deserted Munstead Pride in favour of PAT'S OSCAR who is proven on the surface and will take all the beating if none the worse for her exertions. Cruachan arrives with a similar preparation as when third in this 12 months ago and he acts on heavy ground. Lucinda Russell saddles a pair of young horses, Vertigo and Ceegem, with jockey bookings indicating the former may be the pick. Both would be interesting given any support in the ring.
