Made all and stayed on strongly to score here 11 days ago and beat some nice types in the process. Will be even better suited to this trip and this is his last chance to contest a novice. Officially rated 132 and that sets a high standard.
Skilfully placed to land a couple of minor chases and has acquitted himself well under revised marks on his last two starts. Receives a useful weight allowance from Coole Cody if able to run close to his current chase mark.
Former point-to-point winner who has failed to complete the course in two runs over fences here this summer. Looks limited in ability and faces a stiff task.
Picked up by his new trainer for £16,000 in June having achived a Flat rating of 81. That would make him a danger in this but a recent run on the AW did not prove he retains that ability. Stable used this rider when landing two gambles last week.
Dharoos is an interesting newcomer given this trainer/rider combination teamed up to land two gambles at Hexham last week. His lack of experience could find him out against seasoned campaigners such as COOLE CODY and Braquer D'Or who have achieved a high enough standard to be considered the most likely pair to fight this one out. The latter has improved for the switch to fences having looked far more modest over hurdles. If reproducing his chase form here then the weight allowance he receives would make him hard to beat. At the forecast odds it may be more prudent to side with COOLE CODY who has an official rating 11lb higher and who appears to possess greater speed.
