Archipenko gelding whose dam was 5f/6f winner out of an unraced sister to Champagne Stakes winner Petardia, worth paying attention to on debut.
Son of Poet's Voice, who is doing well with his first crop. Sent off 25/1 on debut at Lingfield over 6f (good to soft) and was always in rear and under pressure halfway, finishing last of 10 runners (beaten 15½L).
Equiano colt who dam was a 5f/6f winner as a juvenile, makes debut this afternoon and yard's runners often come on for the run.
Makfi colt. Dam was a twice-raced, half-sister to very smart two-year-old 7f winner Mirage Dancer (stamina no issue). Represents top yard and no surprise to see him going well first time out.
Dubawi colt makes plenty appeal on paper, yard going nicely recently 7-26 for 26% strike rate and much-respected debutant, wears tongue tie.
Society Rock colt cost 60,000 gns as a foal, changed hands for 175,000 gns as a yearling, makes track debut and holds some claims on paper.
A 55,000 gns yearling, this Dream Ahead colt is a half-brother to several winners and is noted on debut though potentially will want a bit further than this in time.
Pastoral Pursuits colt is related to multiple winners, market can serve as a guide on debut, will likely stay further in time.
Acclamation colt has some interesting pedigree, dam a South African winner, half-sister to Group 1 winner and is capable of taking an interest for trainer with 21% strike rate at the track this year (4-19).
Kyllachy colt cost £58,000 as a yearling, makes plenty appeal on US-based breeding, and yard's two-year-olds have been decent this year (9-52) and is a notable newcomer.
Archipenko gelding makes debut for respected yard, breeding suggests a longer trip will see him to best effect in time.

Imperial Past (5/2), Tamkeen (4/1), Prime Minister (9/2), Herdwick (9/2), Jawan (6/1), Mr Gent (16/1), Taghee (20/1), Timoshenko (25/1), Equo (28/1), Archibald Leitch (33/1), Arigato (66/1), Saint Anthony (66/1)
With all bar one of the dozen being debutants, this is no easy beginning and punters will be wise to pay close scrutiny to the market. Tamkeen, Imperial Past and Jawan are all to be noted but two to concentrate on might be Herdwick, a colt out of Makfi for Sir Michael Stoute with plenty appeal on paper and TAGHEE, a nicely bred sort with South American Group 1-winning form in his pedigree who debuts for a trainer with a 21% strike rate at this track in 2017 and has the benefit of a plumb draw to give him every chance.
- Taghee
- Herdwick
- Tamkeen
