Nothing outstanding about his breeding and yard hasn't had a winner under rules form his last 28 contenders. Difficult to see this gelding being good enough on his belated racecourse debut.
Related to winners under this code and swapped hands for £5,200 at the Doncaster sales in January. Three starts so far only modest and now has improvement to find. Can also race freely, so needs to learn how to settle.
Well bred but possible he may just need more time and a few obstacles in the way to be seen in a better light. But pulled up in both starts so far and already has a lot to prove.
Bred for the Jumps and lots to like about his pedigree. Stable relatively quiet though, so best to gauge the level of interest from the betting market before getting involved for win only purposes.
Has experience of this course and although well beaten behind a runaway winner last time, he has a previous winner well held in behind. That was an improved effort and one which leave the gelding with solid claims on this occasion.
Stayers in her pedigree and has already run as if requiring a good test of stamina. Should be on the premises in this company but susceptible to anything with a change of gear.
A rare runner for a highly respected, predominately Flat yard. Out of Sir Percy (won The Derby for this yard), the filly shaped with plenty of promise on debut at Newton Abbot. An effort which gives her sound place claims at least today.

The Black Squirrel (15/8), Lady Vesta (15/8), Shine's Bar (10/3), Delatite (6/1), I Should Coco (10/1), Norm The Storm (14/1), Aye Aye Enya (28/1), All The Colours (40/1), Fair Westerner (50/1)
Experience can be the key to unlocking success for THE BLACK SQUIRREL, who offers arguably the best form posted so far and can be fancied to take the beating. Lady Vesta is an interesting contender and rare runner in a Bumper for Marcus Tregoning. She shaped up nicely on debut and, along with Delatite, merits a second look in the betting. Support for Shine's Bar could also be persuasive.
