Verdict

Korbous won this contest last year and while he hasn't won since, he's run some creditable races in defeat. However, KNOCKMAOLE BOY looks the one to beat for the Gordon Elliot stable and he can be forgiven his latest run on the Flat, when possibly finding two races at the Galway Festival in a couple of days, too much to handle. An Saighdiur has won off higher marks than this relatively recently and may prove best of the rest.
