Just the one win from 16 starts over fences, can find places often but isn't one to rely on. Possibly not suited last time at Market Rasen by omitted fences, needs his A-game here.
Point-to-point winner unable to get off the mark in eight starts under rules, was beaten 40L in two-runner race over C&D recently on return from 745 days off. Plenty to ponder now.
Won over C&D a year ago, the sole chase win of his 16-race career to date, fortunate hurdles winner at Uttoxeter in May and pulled up at Perth last month in only outing since. Hard to place any great faith in him.
Winner over fences at Stratford (2m6½f) in May, has been supported in both starts since but not always assisted by his jumping, clearly has the talent but a risky proposition none the less.
Another unpredictable sort, has yet to make the frame in eight chase starts. Campaigned over timber this year and been relatively consistent since winning at Exeter on reappearance but has to prove stamina at this trip back chasing.
Long-standing maiden, shaped with some promise over C&D in June and again last week at Market Rasen over 3m. Those efforts surrounded by tame showings and best form would only give him a place claim.
Not getting any younger and the 11yo has shown no sparkle in three runs this year, the latest two coming over fences this month at Stratford (2m6½f) and Bangor (3m).Wrong at these weights and facing arduous task.

These are a hard lot to place faith in. Desert Sting, a winner at Stratford in May, would be the most likely winner on his best form but has let his backers down since and doesn't often impress with his jumping. Mount Vesuvius has been going well over timber at times this year but has plenty to prove back chasing while Charlie Mon tends to run into place money without threatening the win. MRSROBIN won a C&D novice event this time last year and while her efforts since don't inspire confidence, she might last it out if getting into a rhythm up front and get the tentative vote.
