Sole success in 27 starts came in a maiden hurdle at Perth (good) in July 2014. Run some fair races since returning to rules racing this spring but fell last time and others make more appeal here.
Successful three times under rules most recently in a selling hurdle in March. Best effort in three runs for this stable came when finishing fourth over 2m5f on good-to-soft ground here last time out and he races off a 2lb lower mark today.
Point-to-point winner and victorious in a maiden hunter chase at Downpatrick (good) over 2m7f in May last year. Ran well in a handicap chase over an extended 2m7f there in May and debuts for a new stable today.
Off for well over 18 months following a victory over 2m5f at Sedgfield (good-to-firm) in September 2015 and has failed to build on a promising third at Bangor (good-to-soft) on his return to action in June. Probably best watched here.
Ran well when finishing 5L third at Stratford (good) over an extended 2m3f on just his second start over fences earlier this month. Races off the same mark today and one for the shortlist for a stable with a 33% strike-rate (4/12) in recent weeks.
Successful over C&D on soft ground a month ago but disappointed off this revised 4lb higher mark at Bangor subsequently. Leading jockey returns to the saddle and worth a check in the market here.
Disappointing since finishing runner-up at Carlisle (good-to-soft) over an extended 3m last October and handicap mark is falling as a result. Better effort when beaten 10L at Perth (3m, soft) last time and one to note here.
Forecasts
Don Franco (11/4), Fair To Middling (3/1), Shake It Up (10/3), Welsh Bard (9/2), Presented (8/1), Dr Moloney (10/1), Paddocks Lounge (20/1)
SHAKE IT UP ran some solid races in defeat on his final two outings for his previous stable and can make a winning debut for Richard Ford in this competitive contest. This contest doesn't look the strongest and the selection can defeat bottom weight Presented who put in his best effort in some time when finishing fourth at Perth last time out. Fair To Middling is another who has been running well in recent outings and he can take third upped up trip today.
