Not disgraced in a Grade 3 at Aintree earlier in the year, not at that level since but is a useful performer on his day and would be thereabouts if showing his best.
Only two starts under rules since December 2015, though out-ran his odds to finish fifth at Limerick last time. More needed now though, and may be vulnerable, more improving type here. Headgear on.
C&D winner whose form has regressed recently. Won't mind the conditions but can't recommend on the basis of his recent performances, for a trainer not having his best season.
A winner over shorter at Downpatrick earlier in the year and steps up in trip here having run only moderately since. Stamina to prove and too many doubts remain about him.
C&D winner who hasn't won since October 2014 (has switched trainers since), seemingly getting better recently but still needs a return to some of his better form in order to figure.
Has run fair races over hurdles the last twice but generally not as effective over fences of late, and could do with rainfall given the likely state of the ground.
Hat-trick seeker having won a handicap hurdle and beginners chase since the beginning of the month. Clearly hitting his prime now despite his age, on a high enough mark for this but remains a leading contender.
Dual-purpose type who was beaten only narrowly at Limerick last time out when sent off favourite. Up 4lb but a sound surface will suit him and his current weight shouldn't be a problem for him.
Slightly disappointing when pulling up at Limerick last time having won at Downpatrick in May. Showing signs that he is currently too high in the handicap.
Stays this far but perhaps at his best over slightly shorter, and hasn't been running as well since changing yards earlier in the year.
Yet to show much over fences so far, including on handicap debut last time. Unlikely improvement is needed for him to challenge the principle contenders in this.
Forecasts
Swingbridge (5/2), Irish Bulletin (4/1), Kilclispeen (6/1), Some Drama (7/1), Presenting Beara (17/2), Thomond (10/1), Billy Flight (14/1), Dushrembrandt (16/1), Stonehall Jack (20/1), Hero De Villeneuve (20/1), Theturnofthesun (25/1)
Many of these are yet to get going over fences (or in some cases, generally under rules), but that can't be said of IRISH BULLETIN. This dual-purpose performer was only narrowly beaten at Limerick last time having been sent off favourite and can be considered a little unlucky to not get his head in front up to now. This rates a good opportunity for him to make amends, in conditions which should suit off a workable mark. Gordon Elliott's hat-trick seeker Swingbridge and top-weight Thomond can provide the main dangers.
