Racing for the potent O'Neill/Coleman/McManus combination, he ran a fine race in a much better handicap than this at Fakenham last time out, and is now 17lb lower than at the time of his most recent win. With that last performance showing he is back on the up, he should have too much class for these, even off top-weight. Moorlands Mist ran a solid race on stable debut last time and is feared most, ahead of King Cross, who can put a recent disappointment behind him.
