Yet to truly deliver on the promise shown when landing a Cork maiden on debut in April 2015, and though she hinted at a revival on her season reappearance two starts ago she generally seems better on a softer surface.
Placed on her last five starts, including a narrow maiden victory at Tipperary last month (5f, good to firm). Should still be on a workable handicap mark given she is up 3lb for a commendable effort over C&D last time, and she seems to still be progressing.
Not quite so good so far this year, but has been tried in some difficult races, including when running a fine race in the Rockingham Handicap (over this C&D) two starts ago. A slightly disappointing last of all at Dundalk latest but may not have enjoyed the synthetic surface on her all-weather debut.
Went close in a Group 3 as a juvenile, but unable to continue his progression since and has looked held by the handicapper on all of his recent starts, including when beaten 8½L to be last of all at Fairyhouse last time.
Former Simon Crisford-trained runner who hasn't been able to replicate his British form since making the move to Ireland. Drops in the handicap again but remains a maiden and others hold more convincing claims.
Has returned to form the last twice with two fine efforts over the minimum trip, and is raised 3lb from the most recent of them when just being denied at Navan. Should enjoy the ground, even though both his previous wins have come on Dundalk's Polytrack.
Off the mark in a maiden handicap last time out, and has been raised 3lb here. This is tougher, but she has shown she is capable of running creditably in open handicap company in the past, and seems the sort to be capable of further improvement.
Some promise in the past but still yet to get her head in front and has badly lost her way this season, having run two races of little account so far. Very difficult to fancy here.

Forecasts
Snowstar (3/1), Aggression (3/1), Accalia (7/2), Flawlessly (9/2), Silk Cravat (9/1), Athas An Bhean (16/1), Independence Day (20/1), Madam Bounska (25/1), Intense Starlet (25/1)
With a few of these not coming here in their best form, it may be safer to side with a contender who has been running consistently, and SNOWSTAR fits the bill. Willie McCreery's progressive filly has placed in each of her last five races, having only had six starts in her life, and should be capable of further improvement in a relatively weak-looking handicap off a workable mark. She can be considered unlucky in finishing third over C&D last time and she is taken t o make amends here. Flawlessly got off the mark in a maiden handicap last time and will need to improve again here but could easily do so, while Aggression is another who has been some nice races recently.
- Snowstar
- Flawlessly
- Aggression
