Twice a winner last season including over C&D on good-to-firm ground 13 months ago. Disappointing in two runs since finishing runner-up over 1m5f on the AW at Lingfield in March and wears cheekpieces for the first time on his first run since being gelded.
Stepped up on his debut for this yard when finishing runner-up over 1m2f at Yarmouth (good) last month. Races off a 1lb higher mark here and wears cheekpieces for the first time in this contest.
Chasing a hat-trick following wins at York (1m4f, good-to-firm) and most recently at Ripon (1m4f, soft). Has to defy a 6lb rise for that latest victory but in the form of his life at present and one for the shortlist today.
Successful over 1m2f at Newmarket (good) in June though disappointed in a valuable Haydock contest over this trip on good-to-firm ground subsequently. Ran well over hurdles last time out and interesting if putting his best foot forward here.
Registered a double at Kempton in April including off a 2lb lower mark over this distance. Best effort since came when beaten a head in a four runner contest at Windsor over an extended 1m3f but has disappointed over the same C&D since.
Successful twice for Ismail Mohammed last season with both victories coming over 1m2f. Ran well on second start for this yard when 1L second over C&D last time out but now rated 14lb higher than for his most recent success following a 5lb rise for his latest effort.
Put in some decent efforts in valuable handicaps this year including when third over 20 over an extended 1m2f at York (soft) in May. Finished sixth in first time hood and returning cheekpieces (both retained) at Goodwood (1m2f, good) last time and an interesting runner here.
Victorious over an extended 1m3f at Yarmouth (good-to-firm) last September but well held in a valuable handicap at Newmarket (good-to-firm) the following month. Making his debut for this yard and his first start of 2017 today.
Winner five times so far including over 1m2f at Nottingham (soft) last October. Inconsistent so far this season and held the last twice most recently at Newmarket (1m2f, good-to-soft) at the end of last month. Races off a mark 3lb lower than for his latest success.
Making his first appearance since being gelded when winning an 11 runner contest over C&D on good-to-soft ground last time out. Races off a 3lb higher mark today and an interesting runner in this contest.
