Won on soft ground back in 2012 but not won for over two year now and finished last of nine at York when last seen. Looks up against it.

Won twice on the Flat last year and now 5lb below his last winning mark. Versatile conditions wise and this rider has been aboard for his last three wins but will have to bounce back from a disappointing performance at Doncaster last time out.

Won twice on soft ground for Ed De Giles but proved a little disappointing when trained by Gordon Elliot. Off the mark on debut for this yard last time with an impressive performance though and still looks very fairly handicapped having only gone up 1lb. Leading claims.

A dual winner in France over much shorter distances in his early career, he ended a losing run when a shock 50/1 winner on his last start at Newbury taking advantage of a falling mark. Will need more in this contest off 3lb higher though.

Three-time winner for previous yard and off the mark on debut for this yard when dead-heating at Newcastle. Running well on her last couple of starts but may need some relief from the handicapper to get her head back in front.

Four of his five wins have come on soft ground but not won for well over two years now and shown nothing on two starts for this yard. Obviously well-handicapped on old form but not one to rely upon currently. Wears first-time cheekpieces.

One win from 17 starts in his career but that did come on soft ground over this trip. Tailed off last time but given time to recover from that and had run well on his previous couple of starts. Can't be ruled out for a yard in excellent form.
