A really good servant to connections after 12 wins, largely over 6f-7f, though he did once get home in front over this far. Not sure this is really his bag, however, and he is probably one to be with when slipping a little further in the handicap and over shorter.
0-14 so far and has rarely been competitive this term at 1m-1m2f. Another 3lb drop will help and he represents a stable going reasonably well, so there is a glimmer of hope of something better. Precautionary market check advised.
Scored over C&D last time (good to soft) in a weaker contest than this. Up 3lb and has yet to win from a mark this high, but he has been showing signs that there may be a little bit more to come, so he cant be ruled out from following up.
Well beaten a couple of times for Simon Crisford earlier in the season but made a winning start for this yard in a Doncaster maiden (7f, soft) recently. Initial handicap mark does not look to be a gimme and he will need to find improvement for the step up in trip if he is to enjoy a repeat success.
Yet to add to his debut success from Ripon (6f, good) last season and has not quite got back to that level of form this year over 1m/1m2f. Has now dropped 14lb since resuming at Ripon in April and was beaten 24L last time. With that comes a drop in class and a market check is advised to gauge confidence in a revival.
Won a couple of races at Thirsk this time last year (both 1m, including on soft and from 4lb higher). Ran well here over C&D in May (good) from 2lb higher than today and would have claims if repeating that effort, but has a bit to prove after her last two runs.

Forecasts
Pacific Salt (7/4), Wasm (2/1), Jumira Prince (9/4), Ataman (4/1), Hijran (6/1), Caledonia Laird (6/1), Intensical (8/1), White Tower (12/1), Ace Master (16/1)
White Tower should be able to show more of his capabilities at this level, but he has been so badly out of touch that it is not easy to put him up as a selection in this and the suggestion is JUMIRA PRINCE, who handles cut and found just one too good last time. Pacific Salt and Caledonia Laird both merit respect, while Wasm is another on the short-list, though he will need improvement to add to his Doncaster maiden win.
