Sound claims on the pick of his form now he steps back to a more appropriate trip. Rider's claim a handy tool and notable the yard won this corresponding race last year. Dangerous to leave out of the equation if the market speaks in his favour.
More like his old self last time out and is just 1lb higher than for his C&D win last September. Looks the stable's leading contender and can go well with ground conditions to suit.
Won on the AW at Newcastle earlier in the year but two recent efforts on turf leave a lot to be desired. Others make more appeal.
Up in the ratings after landing a quick-fire hat-trick of wins over 10f - plus three placed efforts which also read respectably. Needs to prove the busy spell hasn't taken its toll but wasn't that convincing the last time he tried this trip and has more to do now.
Decent hurdler on his day for his former yard and is still unexposed on the Flat. Respectable effort in a maiden over C&D in May gives encouragement and no forlorn hope of reaching the frame under a useful 5lb claimer.
Stiff test for a three-year-old against more seasoned campaigners but he won his maiden in good style at Redcar and was far from disgraced last time out. The trip and ground should be fine for him today and has to be of interest now that Paul Hanagan is back in the plate to do the steering.
Comfortably stepped up to win over 1m4f at Catterick last month and likely there is more to come from this lightly raced gelding (who cost €50,000 as a yearling). Further improvement required but going the right way and has sound claims in this modest company.
Form uninspiring so far and the step up in trip needs to bring about a fair amount of improvement. Probably safe to look elsewhere for the winner.
Got the trip well to score at Newbury in June. Swapped hands for 28,000gns since and obviously has to merit an interest as an improving type. Bit to prove if the ground comes up soft and a betting check is advised if that scenario prevails.

Northwest Frontier (3/1), King's Coinage (7/2), Uber Cool (9/2), Miningrocks (9/2), African (8/1), Hayward Field (8/1), Hurricane Hollow (11/1), Tamayuz Magic (12/1), Purple Rock (16/1), Kind of Beauty (16/1), Eastern Dragon (33/1)
The younger generation may hold the bragging rights here, with NORTHWEST FRONTIER just edging the vote as the one to be on. African and King's Coinage also catch the eye as improving types and can scrap it out as the best of the rest. Tamayuz Magic appeals most amongst the seasoned handicappers.
