Brighton maiden winner who wan't disgraced in the face of a stiff task in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot prior to regaining the winning thread at Chester (5f, good to soft). Second home that day has won since but no easy task here.
Gave the impression something was amiss when heavily eased in the Group 2 July Stakes over C&D last time but had earlier opened his account at the third attempt in fetching fashion at Yarmouth (6f, good to firm). Could easily bounce back.
Leicester maiden winner before going close in the Listed Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot. Fine effort when second from an awkward wide draw in a Listed event at Sandown (5f, good to firm) last time and golden opportunity if staying 6f..
