Winner over 1m2f at Wetherby (soft) on his penultimate outing. Disappointed off a 6lb higher mark last time out and may be in the grip of the handicapper now.
Improving with racing this season and finished fourth of seven over 1m4f at Thirsk (good-to-firm) earlier this month. Has won on soft ground in the past and now rated 12lb lower than when winning over C&D in May 2015. .
Finished runner-up on the AW over 1m4f at Lingfield on her penultimate start. Well held on soft ground at Newbury over 1m2f last time and more needed here.
Best effort this season came when runner-up over 1m5f at Ayr (good-to-firm) in May. Well held in three runs since and wears cheekpieces for the first time today.

PRENDERGAST HILL can gain a deserved first success of the season having finished in the first three in each of his previous four starts. The most recent of those came off this mark at Sandown and he is taken to get the better of The New Pharaoh who ran well when runner-up over C&D last time out while Parish Boy can follow up his second here last week by claiming third today.
