Making his first appearance in well over two years and his first since being gelded when winning here in May. Disappointing the last twice and has to prove he stays this far.
Back-to-back wins included a second C&D success in December before going on to win well at Lingfield. Not won in a handicap off this sort of mark since 2015 now though and probably in need of relief from the assessor before becoming of interest once again.
Not won for over two years now and never won for this yard but hinted at a return to form at Kempton last time. Handicap mark looks lenient if he can build on that. Trainer has a good record here and jockey booking looks positive so big run expected.
Still a maiden after 12 runs on the Flat but was succesful over hurdles back in 2015. Has given the impression on several occasions that she's capable of scoring off this kind of mark on the Flat, particularly on the AW and it would be no surprise to see her run well yet again. First-time cheekpieces need to squeeze out a little improvement.
Well beaten on debut for previous yard and a similar result in two maiden outings on the AW before finishing nearer last than first at Doncaster earlier in the year. Questions to answer currently.
Hit some form in the early part of last year after winning at Wolverhampton, he went on to score at Wetherby. Not in the same form since but entitled to come on for his most recent comeback at Nottingham and yard's runners have been running a little better in recent days.
Now a 14 race maiden and looks exposed on the AW. Her best recent run came when a runner-up over C&D in April and has run well here previously to that but needs to improve if she's going to land this contest.
Just one win from 24 starts on the Flat and likely to struggle again from out of the handicap but his recent win at Southwell over hurdles suggests he's in good heart at least.
Forecasts
Mishko (15/8), Woofie (5/2), Wintour Leap (6/1), Byron Blue (8/1), Topalova (10/1), King Olav (10/1), Desktop (16/1), Tayaar (20/1)
WOOFIE is taken to end a long losing run after a return to form was hinted at last time at Kempton. Wintour Leap may improve for the fitting of headgear while Topalova is still a maiden but her best efforts have come around here.
