The one who appeals most is MARIE JOSEPHE. Richard Johnson's filly is up only 2lb for being denied just a head at this course over shorter last time out. Having previously won her maiden well over that C&D, she is improving quickly enough, and should enjoy the step up in trip enough, that the extra weight ought not to be an issue. She is taken to deny Jive Talking a second win in as many runs, with her stamina to prove, and Di Alta, who ran well at Doncaster last time out.
