Placed in a maiden hunter chase over 2m5f here in May and beaten 1L over the same C&D on good-to-soft ground in a similar race to this last time out. Interesting to see how he fares today.
Consistent sort and finished in the first two in six starts since his bumper debut. Finished runner-up in a 2m7f novice hurdle at Warwick (good-to-firm) when last seeing the racecourse in July 2015 and making his chasing debut here.
Twice a winner when with Nicky Henderson and finished runner-up off a mark of 115 in April. Well held on debut for this yard earlier this month but not written off just yet.
Winner over hurdles in 2011 but had just two starts since joining this yard in 2015. Finished behind Bedford Forrest over C&D last month and more needed here.
Completed a five-timer in point-to-points when winning over 4m at Trecoed (good-to-soft) in June. Sent off favourite but well held in a handicap chase at Market Rasen last time out and one to note here.
Maiden after 12 starts and pulled up in a novice chase at Perth (good) on final outing for previous stable earlier this month.
Twice a winner in 71 career starts. Had just three outings over fences and appears to have plenty to do with a few of these based on official ratings.
Five time winner in the past including over an extended 2m3f at Musselburgh (good) in a handicap hurdle in November. Beaten 6L over C&D on chase debut last time and an interesting runner in this.

BEDFORD FORREST has run well on each of his two starts over fences here and can go one better than when finishing runner-up over C&D last time out by taking this beginners chase. Prolific point-to-point winner Flying Eagle disappointed on his rules return last time out but can take second here ahead of the long absent Black Jack Rover who was a consistent sort when last seen in action and makes his chase debut today.
