Goes well here scoring twice over course and distance. Went close and Doncaster last month before disappointing effort latest, but on balance should be thereabouts at his happy hunting ground.
Yard yet to have a winner this year from 19 previous runners. Looked on the way back though when second at Carlisle last time and a similar run at this similar track might bring him into the picture.
12lb lower than the start of this season when joined current yard from Charlie Appleby. Has been hopelessly out of form though and cannot be recommend at present.
Two wins from six outings and stayed on well to lead close home at Carlisle latest. That form puts this three-year-old in contention and off just a 2lb higher mark he has to rate a leading contender.
Tremendous 11-year-old enjoying a fine campaign with three wins at Beverley already in the bag. It looked as though the handicapper had taken his measure when only fourth here last time though, so may again find a few too good.
Hold up performer who hasn't been firing on all cylinders so far this season, although has run a few decent races. May not be far away but wouldn't want any rain to ease the ground.
Bolted up in C&D maiden in June on soft ground before going close in Ayr handicap last time out. Any rain would definitely help the cause and in such circumstrances would be a leading contender.
Won on debut at Chelmsford last year as a juvenile but has been defeated 15 times in a row since then. Well beaten last two starts, in particular, and hard to see him turning things around here.
Went close over 6f at Hamilton latest but on balance of his form may find this trip stretching his stamina to the limit. Good run not ruled out but is a doubtful stayer.

Forecasts
Muirsheen Durkin (7/4), Saint Equiano (4/1), Navarone (11/2), El Principe (8/1), Sovereign Bounty (8/1), Chaplin Bay (8/1), Russian Soul (10/1), Fayez (12/1), Tailor's Row (16/1), Talent Scout (16/1), Flying Fantasy (16/1), Roaring Forties (50/1)
SAINT EQUIANO looks to be a three-year-old going the right way and created a good impression at Carlisle last time out. He is taken to come out on top against Navarone, who has a similar profile and should also run well. Sovereign Bounty goes particularly well here and can never be discounted as a reuslt, while veteran course specialist Talent Scout has enjoyed a fine campaign here but looks to have his share of weight. Flying Fantasy could outrun his odds, and Muirsheen Durkin is another with claims in an interesting contest.
