Was winning for only the third time in 34 attempts when scoring over 1m (good to firm) at Doncaster last month but struggled under a 6lb penalty at Carlisle next time. Less to do at the weights now but no margin for error.
Good strike-rate, having won 10 from 50 and is equally adept on AW or turf. Better than ever when winning over C&D for the second time (soft) last time out and, despite a 7lb rise, he has to go on the shortlist.
Signs of promise in a handful of runs for William Knight last season over 1m2f and 1m4f before changing hands for £4,000. Struggled on her debut for this yard at Nottingham last month (1m2f, soft) and drop in trip not certain to suit.
Suited by the demands of this track, as evidenced by a third course win (second over C&D) last month on good to firm ground. That said, a 3lb rise seemed to anchor her over C&D last time out when beaten just under 3L behind See The Master.
Better on the AW than turf, with eight of his 10 wins coming on an artificial surface. Readily beaten behind Pursuing Steed over 7f at Newbury last time out and, though the step back up in trip will help, others are more persuasive.
A winner over this C&D last summer (good to firm) off a 10lb lower mark. Has also won at Brighton since but has had to settle for second in two recent starts there and over C&D. Likely to remain competitive.
Just glimpses of promise in maidens before a lacklustre handicap debut over 1m (good to firm) last month when beating only one home. Clearly unconvincing right now and hopes pinned on first-time blinkers.

Intensical is better than he showed in the Carlisle Bell last time out and would be a a threat on the form he showed to win at Doncaster previously but it may pay to stick with dual C&D winner ADMIRABLE ART despite a 7lb rise for a career-best victory here last month. If there is a blot on the handicap, it is likely to be in-form AW-specialist Believe It but he still has questions to answer on turf.
