Neil Mullholland's charge has made mistakes before getting detached on his last couple of starts over fences. Both those efforts were on bad ground but he looked less than enamoured with chasing and he may be a risk at the odds. Verygoodverygood represents a yard that do well with their novice chasers at this time of year but he would need luck in running. BLACK CORTON found his latest race developing into a sprint. The way he came home suggested this longer trip would be beneficial. With fewer doubts than his rivals, Paul Nicholls' charge looks the safest option.
