Steps up to a staying trip for the first time today having looked held by the handicapper over shorter. Hasn't looked short of stamina in her previous races and may will enjoy this stiffer test.

Dual-purpose performer who ran well over C&D last week on his first Flat run of the season so far. On the same mark now and is entitled to come for that in conditions that he should enjoy.

Won over C&D last time out with something hand, and despite a 6lb rise may well still be on a workable handicap mark. This is probably slightly more challenging despite the small field, but he's certainly going the right way.

Ran what was possibly a career best over shorter at this course last time out (1m2f, firm). Stepping back up in trip shouldn't be an issue but still needs to improve further to be competitive here.

Forecasts

Imphal (4/6), Londonia (2/1), Becca Campbell (8/1), Tenby Two (20/1)

Verdict

LONDONIA ran a very nice race here last week on his first Flat run over 2017 having been showing good form over hurdles. He remains on the same mark now and with that run under his belt in conditions that should suit him perfectly, he is taken to go one better and record a first win on the level. Meanwhile, Imphal must defy a 6lb rise having won well over C&D last month, while Becca Campbell could find further improvement stepping up to this trip for the first time.
