A class above his rivals on chasing debut at Hexham beating four rivals, 8. Landed the 2015 Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham when on his pomp.
Long time since he has run on the Flat but and was well beaten, ninth of 12, 11½L behind Silver Ghost at Goodwood over 1m3f. Winner of two of his nine hurdles starts to date including when sent off 2/9 favourite over 2m at Ludlow last month, before second of three behind Rasassee 44 days ago.
Finished second in two of his last three including when beaten a head over 2m at Hexham (good) earlier this month. Had previously finished runner-up in a competitive Aintree handicap hurdle.
Could only be called a fair maiden chaser at best but well out of form of late and his 0/55 chase record just about sums him up.
