Bumper winner at Down Royal (good) in May last year and placed four times in seven starts over hurdles since. Well held at Tramore (good) over 2m5f last time and wears a tongue tie for the first time here.
Dual winner on the Flat at Dundalk earlier this year and ran off a mark of 69 in that sphere when last in action. Interesting runner on his hurdling debut in this event.
Bumper winner for previous yard at Stratford (good) in August 2013. Disappointing over fences for current stable and pulled up at Clonmel last month. Makes her hurdling debut here.
Point-to-point winner in April last year and placed on both starts over hurdles since. Been racing on the Flat so far this year and one for the shortlist with the ground and trip likely to suit on his return to hurdles.
Signs of ability when third of nine over 2m at Limerick (soft) three starts back. Disappointed on good ground in two subsequent outings and others make more appeal here.
Finished a modest third in a bumper on soft ground at Limerick in March. Well beaten in two starts over hurdles however and probably best watched.
Unraced gelded son of Kayf Tara purchased for €13,500 as a foal in November 2011. Dam a dual winner over hurdles and worth a check in the market on racecourse debut.
Well held in bumpers and in one maiden hurdle start last year. Finished 10L third in a point-to-point last month and wears cheekpieces for the first time on his return to hurdling.
Well beaten in all four starts so far including over hurdles at Kilbeggan (good) last time out. Others have a more obvious chance in this.
Respectable efforts in bumpers including on good ground at Thurles in October last year. Not beaten far in a similar event at Wexford (soft) last month but well held at the same track subsequently. Makes his hurdling debut today.
Beaten 9L into second in a bumper at Punchestown (good) in May. Fair effort when fourth at Wexford in a similar contest last month and represents leading connections on his hurdling debut today.
Point-to-point winner on good ground at the end of May. Beaten 35L on hurdling debut at Wexford (good) over 3m last month. Not written off just yet and drops back in trip today.
Placed three times in bumpers but beaten 19L on hurdling debut at Downpatrick (good) last month. Probably best watched at present.
Well beaten in two maiden hurdles so far including at Wexford (3m, good) last time out. Likely to struggle in this contest.
Failed to complete in three point-to-point starts though held every chance when coming down at the last at Kinsale (yielding) last month. Worth a check in the market on hurdling debut.
Point-to-point winner at the fifth time of asking at Ballingarry (yielding-to-soft) last month. Well beaten in all four previous rules starts however and probably best watched in this.
32 race maiden and well beaten in three starts since finishing runner-up off a mark of 84 at Fairyhouse in January. Others look more likely winners of this.

Perishing Missile put in some solid efforts in bumper company and is taken to claim second for trainer Noel Meade today while the Joseph O'Brien pair of Nemean Lion and Tommy Welsh are also worth noting on their hurdling bows.
