Took a big step forward from his Leicester debut when a runner up to subsequent winner John Kirkup over C&D (soft) early last month. That form has a solid feel to it with the third placed horse Move It Move It producing a solid effort at Newcastle last week, and back on similar ground can be expected to go very close.
Produced mid division finishes on both outings over this trip at Beverley so far and needs to take a step forward to be involved. Stable have returned from an enforced break in reasonable form, but whether this gelding handles testing ground is an unknown.
Keen early on debut, but did manage to finish 3¼L third to fellow debutant French Flyer at Ayr (6F) last month. Drops in trip for his second start and will encounter softer ground, but others have stronger form on paper.
Bated Breath colt who cost 38,000 gns as a yearling, but was well beaten when favourite on debut at Nottingham in May (6F, soft). That race has produced a subsequent winner, (Raydiance) but it is the gelding operation which connections will be looking for to produce the much required improvement.
Not beaten far despite showing signs of greeness on debut at York three weeks ago (keen and jumped the path). Will encounter different ground conditions tonight, but this is a slightly weaker race and should go well with the stable in form.
Produced a most likeable debut effort when edged out in a three way war over C&D (good to soft) last month. The winner John Kirkup had the benefit of experience, and might've been beaten by this colt, but for the interference from Falabelle which saw this horse promoted to second place by the Stewards. Will go close with a similar showing.
No show whatsoever on debut when last of ten to John Kirkup over C&D last month. Has plenty to find with Weeton on that evidence, and looks more of a nursery type. Inexperienced rider aboard.

Both Weeton and CHARNOCK RICHARD have C&D form tied up with John Kirkup. The former named met trouble late on when third (promoted to second) on debut late last month and should go very close assuming that race hasn't left it's mark (mentally). However, the David Brown trained juvenile is preferred. He improved massively on his Leicester debut when splitting John Kirkup and subsequent fine Newcastle runner up Move It Move It, with this race looking the most obvious next target with the ground remaining soft underfoot.
