Capable performer at his best, but has lost his way during the last couple of seasons and recent efforts have been disappointing. Makes little appeal off top weight.
Has failed to hit the frame in six starts, but handicapper is starting to relent a little. Others have more convincing profiles, however, and she is best watched until showing more.
Showed some promise when trained by Ron Thompson in England, and looked to be on the up for his current handler when third at Down Royal in March. Three efforts since have not been so encouraging so he has questions to answer.
Point-to-point winner who has been chasing on his last four starts. Reverts to hurdling off a feasible handicap mark, but there is not enough evidence to suggest he is ready to strike.
Started at long odds on all three of her hurdles starts and has been beaten a long way in each of them. Still early in the piece for her, so she may be able to find some improvement on handicap debut.
Four runs over hurdles have not been much to write home about and her latest effort saw her pull up at Wexford. Runs in a handicap for the first time and may be able to do better.
Not much encouragement to be gleaned from Flat, bumper and hurdles efforts so far. Another venturing into handicap company for the first time with something to prove.
One win in 14 starts over hurdles, but that came at Wexford back in June, 2014. Has been tumbling down the weights, but recent efforts have hardly set the pulse racing.
Has tried his luck over hurdles and fences without much success, but has shown occasional glimpses of ability and shaped well on the Flat at this track earlier this month. One of the more likely contenders if that ability can be translated to hurdles.
Has been well beaten in six handicap hurdles, but the handicapper has seemed reluctant to drop him in the weights. Has been tried over a variety of distances and perhaps this sounder surface will see him in a better light.
Has yet to be placed in 13 starts over hurdles, but has shown definite signs of ability on his last three starts. Ground and trip look fine, so he is one of the more convincing contenders.
One of the most experienced performers in this line-up with 22 starts which have yielded one victory. Shaped quite well at Down Royal last time and has prospects off the same mark as when last successful.
Remains a maiden over hurdles after 13 starts, but recent efforts have not been devoid of promise. May need to drop a few pounds before becoming a betting proposition, however.
AW Flat winner who has cut little ice in five starts over timber.Ran respectably for a long way last time and it will be interesting to see how he reacts to a first-time tongue tie.
Very little to enthuse about in three bumpers and as many hurdles races. Runs in her first handicap and is off a low mark, but needs to show more.
Has started at 100-1 on all three outings over hurdles and has been beaten out of sight in each. Competes in handicap company for the first time and needs to show vast improvement.

Forecasts
Dancing Duke (9/4), Cantkidakidder (7/1), Graney Town (7/1), Chelate (7/1), Robyns Approach (8/1), Cher Why Not (8/1), Black Kettle (10/1), Sierra Law (12/1), She's A Survivor (12/1), Auntie Chloe (14/1), Posh Frock (14/1), Maureen's Star (16/1), Niamh's Wish (16/1), The Crane Man (25/1), Patricks Boy (25/1), I C Gold (33/1), Bach Along (40/1), Mallory Heights (66/1)
Plenty of these have question marks hanging over them, but Cantkidakider and Graney Town have shaped well recently and should be able to be competitive at this level. The selection, though, is DANCING DUKE, who has revealed glimpses of ability over hurdles and showed he was in good heart on his latest start on the Flat. Of the rest, Posh Frock could be dangerous from her falling handicap mark.
- Dancing Duke
- Graney Town
- Cantkidakidder
