C&D winner but that was in a lowly handicap and will need first time blinkers to be of ample assistance to her on the basis of her recent performances.
Is on a long losing streak but has been running some very nice races in decent handicaps, and looks to have an edge over his opponents here both in terms of the weight he is assigned to carry and a first time hood. The one to beat.
Excellent Art gelding who cost £17,000 as a 2yo but makes a belated racecourse debut here and seems far from the most likely to make a winning start to his career.
Yet to win a race but has his sights lowered further here and has the ability to go close if proving that he possesses the necessary speed for this trip.
Seven race maiden who has run well at this venue in the past and receives weight all round here. Form has leveled off slightly but this should still be an easier task for her than most of her recent races.
Forecasts
Pearl Acclaim (4/6), Tooty Fruitti (11/4), Equity (6/1), Teepee Time (16/1), Quick Monet (100/1)
PEARL ACCLAIM hasn't won a race in almost two years (and has had more than his fair share of attempts since), but probably brings the strongest recent form into the race on the basis of his performances in some decent handicaps, and shouldn't find the weight too much of an issue, with a first-time hood added. He should be able to get the better of Tooty Fruitti, who has run a couple of fair races at Bath recently, and C&D scorer Teepee Time.
